The   Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada have announced a   recall of approximately 300 mountain bicycle handlebars due to fall   hazards. Imported by the Shimano American Corporation, the agencies found   that the bolts holding the handlebars together can come loose while riding   and can cause riders to lose control and fall.
