Locker  Brand Inc. has issued a recall of 59,600 RX Locker medicine bottle storage  containers due to a defect in the latching mechanism. The company said the  containers can open if pressure is applied to the latch, despite the lock.   The products were sold from June 2010 through October of last year at CVS,   Walgreens and Bed Bath & Beyond.   Staff   Report, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette   03/15/2012
