The   Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of about 3,900   Kawasaki utility vehicles due to potential fuel leaks that can cause a   fire hazard. The agency said that the fuel tube in certain 2012 model year   four-wheeled vehicles can develop holes, leading to fuel leakages.
