The   Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of about 6,200   glass and metal tea light holders due to a fire hazard. Imported by   Nantucket Distributing Co., Inc., the agency said the product’s design can   cause the tea lights to “burn with a high flame” that can burn users.
